Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Material Coordinator for Oil & Gas/industrial projects.

You will manage material coordination, receive and inspect materials, issue, track and coordinate inventory, and ensure ERP-based documentation and processes are followed. The role requires 5–10 years in related fields, strong coordination with procurement, warehouse, project and operations teams, and excellent communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Industrial Projects.
• Experience in material coordination and material management.
• Experience in material receiving, inspection, issuing and inventory coordination.
• Good knowledge of material documentation, records and ERP-based processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Key Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Industrial Projects
• Strong experience in material coordination and material management
• Hands‑on experience with SAP and/or Epicor
• Experience in material receiving, inspection, issuing, tracking, and inventory coordination
• Good knowledge of material documentation, records, and ERP‑based processes
• Ability to coordinate with procurement, warehouse, project, and operations teams
• Experience in monitoring material availability and supporting project requirements
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
