Kalyon Holding in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior materials architect to lead facade, finishes and cladding specification for large-scale public projects. You will review specifications, assess durability, and coordinate mock-ups with QA/QC to ensure alignment with design intent.

Lead technical submissions, respond to site queries, and support value engineering while maintaining a master materials schedule. Strong English is required; Arabic is a plus for communication with local teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited, RIBA-recognised, or equivalent university.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional architectural registration or materials science credentials are an advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in architectural materials, façade, or finishes specification for large-scale public or transport buildings.
• Experience on High-Speed Rail or Metro projects of a similar scale is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of façade and cladding systems, materials testing, durability standards, shop drawing reviews, and sample/mock‑up approval processes.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
