Job summary

Jawar Al Khaleej Maritime L.L.C is seeking an experienced Master to join our offshore fleet, a Fast Crew Supplier (FCS). You will command the vessel, ensure safe navigation, and supervise crew transfer operations in line with international regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Master CoC, STCW certificates, and proven leadership in offshore operations. Strong English communication and a thorough understanding of SMS/HSE procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Master CoC and STCW certificates.
• Experience as Master on FCS or crew transfer vessels.
• Strong leadership and navigation skills.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of international maritime regulations and SMS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe navigation, manoeuvring and operation of the vessel.
• Oversee offshore crew transfer operations and vessel movements.
• Maintain overall command and safety of crew, passengers and vessel.
• Ensure compliance with ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW and flag-state requirements.
• Supervise onboard personnel and ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with offshore installations, marine operations and shore management.
• Maintain vessel records, reports and statutory documentation.
• Implement SMS and HSE procedures.
