Job summary

ADNOC Offshore is seeking a highly experienced Marine Superintendent to provide technical and operational supervision of jack-up units and other complex vessels, ensuring safety, compliance and reliable performance. You will coordinate with crews, maintain IMS and ISM compliance, oversee planned maintenance, and drive cost control while meeting project deadlines and ADR safety.

Extensive STCW Master qualification and 10+ years of marine operations experience are required, with a track record in

Qualifications

• STCW II/2 Master Mariner certification.
• 10+ years of marine experience, with at least 3 in an office-based role.
• Experience mobilising and operating jack-up units for ADNOC Offshore fields.
• Experience mobilising and operating DSV/AHTS/SSRV/CTV vessels for ADNOC fields per ASMV standards.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Minimise marine unit downtime and maximise availability.
• Maintain and improve operational capabilities of designated units.
• Control costs to stay within approved budgets.
