Job summary

Client of AIQU in Dubai seeks a Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst to ensure accuracy and integrity of enterprise master data, driving governance and supporting Coupa-based P2P operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve data issues, and deliver high-quality data solutions. The role requires 4–6 years of MDM experience and Coupa proficiency.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on MDM experience.
• Experience with MDM tools and methodologies.
• Experience configuring Coupa procurement and P2P systems.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with data visualization/reporting (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and cleanse master data across multiple domains to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Configure, administer and support the Coupa procurement platform and P2P processes.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to identify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform root cause analysis on data issues and implement corrective actions.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and operational performance.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements and user training on MDM and Coupa functionalities.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management and related disciplines
• Proven expertise with MDM tools and methodologies
• Strong experience configuring and supporting Coupa procurement and P2P systems
• Solid understanding of procurement lifecycle and P2P processes
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and resolve data integrity issues
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience working in a regional or global MDM implementation
• Familiarity with operations processes and supply chain workflows
• Coupa or MDM certification
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
