Job summary

Kingston Stanley in Dubai seeks an experienced Data & Analytics Lead to drive data governance and MDM during ERP transformation. This hands-on role partners with ERP programs and senior stakeholders to ensure data readiness across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.

You will define data standards, ownership models and stewardship frameworks, lead data cleansing and migration activities, and implement KPIs to monitor data quality in Oracle Fusion and related platforms. English fluency essential.

Data & Analytics Lead – Data Governance & ERP Transformation

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Lead to join a major organisation undergoing significant ERP and digital transformation.

This is a hands-on Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) role, supporting major programmes including Oracle Fusion, DBB and ERP transformation initiatives.

The Role

You will lead data governance and master-data activities across the organisation, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, governed and ready to support business operations and transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead Data Governance and Master Data Management initiatives.
• Define data standards, ownership and stewardship frameworks.
• Manage master data across Customer, Supplier, Product/Material, Employee and Finance domains.
• Lead data cleansing, migration, validation, reconciliation and cutover activities.
• Support data readiness across ERP implementations, including Oracle Fusion.

About You

You will have:

• 5+ years' experience in Data Management, MDM, Data Governance or Data Quality.
• Proven experience supporting or leading data workstreams within ERP implementations or transformation programmes.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of master data and data governance.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• The ability to work as a strong individual contributor within a small, lean team.
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential.

Experience with SQL, Power BI/Tableau and data-quality/governance tools would be advantageous.
