Job summary

Work in USA in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee a team of masons and ensure that projects meet the highest quality standards. You will train and mentor masons while maintaining a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction, with 2+ years in supervision, and fluent English. Strong knowledge of bricklaying, plastering, and tiling is essential. Immediate start offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the construction industry.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of bricklaying, plastering and tiling.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.
• Fluent English; Malayalee candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of masons.
• Plan and assign tasks based on project timelines.
• Ensure work is completed within budget and to high standards.
• Train and mentor new masons.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
