Job summary

Work in USA in Dubai seeks a Mason Supervisor to lead a team of masons, coordinate on-site workflows, ensure work matches design plans, and deliver high-quality construction on site, safely and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of mason experience, supervisory exposure, reads blueprints, understands masonry techniques, and communicates clearly in English while mentoring others and enforcing safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Mason in the construction industry.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in reading construction plans and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of different types of masonry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Physically fit with good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of masons on construction sites.
• Ensure that all work is completed according to design plans and specifications.
• Monitor progress and productivity of the team, making adjustments as needed to meet project deadlines.
• Train and mentor new or inexperienced masons.
• Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Communicate with project managers and other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
• Inspect completed work for quality control purposes.
• Order materials and supplies as needed for projects.
• Keep accurate records of time worked, materials used, and project progress.
