Mason Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all masonry work on our construction projects, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
• Ensure that all masonry work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet project deadlines
• Train new masons and provide guidance to improve skills and techniques
• Inspect materials for quality and order replacements as needed
• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees by enforcing safety regulations
• Communicate with project managers to update on progress and address any issues or concerns

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Mason or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of various masonry techniques, tools, and materials
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and other construction documents
• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or other Indian languages are an asset)
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Valid UAE driver's license is preferred but not required
