Job summary

Workato in Sharjah is seeking a skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee a team of masons and ensure timely completion of construction projects.

This full-time role offers a salary of 1300$ per month, plus accommodation and visa sponsorship. You will lead, train, and coordinate activities, read blueprints, enforce safety, and ensure high-quality workmanship on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason Supervisor in construction.
• Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi or other Indian languages a plus).
• Must have own visa or ability to obtain one to work in Sharjah.
