Job summary

Mason (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are a construction company based in Abu Dhabi, and we are seeking experienced Masons to join our team. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of brick, stone, concrete blocks or other materials. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Lay building materials such as bricks, concrete blocks and tiles to construct or repair walls, driveways and other structures
• Measure and cut materials to required size using hand or power tools
• Mix mortar and grout according to standard formulas
• Align structures vertically and horizontally using levels
• Fill joints with mortar or grout and remove excess material
• Repair cracks in foundations, walls or other structures using appropriate materials
• Construct corners by fastening in plumb position corner poles or building corners of structural steelwork or brickwork
• Clean working area after completing job

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mason for at least 2 years
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations
• Physical strength to lift heavy objects and work on scaffolding
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
• Indian nationality preferred
