Job summary

Rotana Hotels is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Marketing team in Dubai. You will assist in day-to-day operations, manage correspondence, and help execute campaigns while coordinating content and maintaining organized systems.

You will liaise with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, accurate reporting, and smooth campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Marketing team.
• Assist in day-to-day operations, managing correspondence and follow-ups.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, content coordination, and maintaining organized systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an effective filing system for correspondence and marketing resources.
• Organize and systematize files to ensure easy data access.
• Draft and distribute correspondence to meet corporate marketing standards.
• Handle mail, email, and calls with professional responses.
• Prepare attendance sheets, schedules, and internal forms.
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors to deliver marketing materials.
• Gather press clippings and organize filing and distribution.
• Act as a liaison between corporate marketing and property teams.
• Coordinate inter-departmental tasks, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a 24-hour response trace for inquiries.
• Assist in weekly and monthly reports for the Marketing team.
• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of campaigns.
• Organize photoshoots, events, and activities.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing for content creation.
• Monitor office supplies and ensure promotional materials stock.
• Schedule and attend team meetings and prepare minutes.
• Report IT issues and ensure office systems function.
• Participate in training programs.
