• 0–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, communications or a related field.
• University degree or equivalent in Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• Confident working across functions and with external partners in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the planning and delivery of key marketing initiatives, including congresses, events, customer engagement activities and other priority programs. Coordinates with field teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to enable smooth execution and timely follow-through.
• Supports the localization and implementation of promotional and educational content. Helps ensure materials are relevant to local needs and progress efficiently through the required internal processes.
• Supports the coordination of social media and disease awareness initiatives, ensuring alignment across functions, agencies and stakeholders.
• Works in line with company policies, ethical standards and applicable compliance requirements. Promotes responsible ways of working and supports an inclusive environment free from discrimination and harassment.
