Job summary

Novartis Emiratization Program invites UAE National talents to apply for a fixed-term Graduate Program Associate. You will support marketing priorities by coordinating cross-functional initiatives and enabling high-quality customer engagement.

You will help strengthen operational excellence across the therapy area, connecting strategy with execution and ensuring timely, compliant, locally relevant delivery.

Qualifications

• UAE National with UAE Family Book and Bachelor's degree in the past 3 years.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage for regional stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning and delivery of key marketing initiatives, including congresses, events and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinates with field teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to enable smooth execution and timely follow-through.
• Supports localization and implementation of promotional and educational content, ensuring materials are relevant to local needs and progress efficiently through internal processes.
• Supports coordination of social media and disease awareness initiatives, ensuring alignment across functions, agencies and stakeholders, and tracks overall project progress.
• Works in line with company policies, ethical standards and applicable compliance requirements, promoting responsible ways of working.
