Job summary

Novartis Middle East FZE is inviting UAE National talents to apply for its Emiratization Program, a fixed-term contract designed to translate academic learning into real-world practice within a diverse, flexible workplace.

The role supports execution of marketing priorities, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and strengthens operational excellence across therapy areas. English proficiency is essential, and Arabic is a plus for regional engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing or Business or related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, communications or related field.
• Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage for regional stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Marketing operations and execution: plan and deliver key marketing initiatives; coordinate with field teams, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Content and omnichannel projects: localize and implement promotional/educational content; ensure processes are efficient.
• Disease awareness: coordinate social media and disease awareness initiatives; track progress and communicate clearly.
• Ethics, risk and compliance: act in line with company policies and applicable compliance requirements.
