Overview

Summary: We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our marketing efforts in Dubai and beyond. This is a high-impact role focused on accelerating growth through innovative go-to-market strategies, powerful branding, and compelling advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of integrated marketing, who can propel the company to the next level of visibility, reputation, and market share. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s public image, driving customer acquisition, and building scalable marketing frameworks that support both short-term wins and long-term brand equity.

Responsibilities
  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Design and implement high-impact go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products and services. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Define launch plans, segment targeting, value propositions, and channel strategies for maximum market penetration.
  • Integrated Campaign Management & Events: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns spanning digital, print, events, and experiential marketing. Leverage advertising, content, influencer outreach, and events to amplify reach and generate high-quality leads. Oversee execution of key touchpoints including: 3 On-ground events annually; 3 Virtual events annually; Trade shows/conference participations annually. Collaborate with industry associations for co-branded initiatives, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities.
  • Branding & Market Positioning: Strengthen the company’s brand identity and positioning to differentiate from competitors. Develop and implement brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and visual identity systems. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and customer interactions. Spearhead collection and publication of customer success stories, testimonials, and industry reports to build trust and authority.
  • Digital Marketing & Online Growth: Own and optimize the digital marketing strategy, covering SEO, SEM, website UX, email marketing, social media, and paid media. Drive online visibility and customer engagement through strategic content marketing and performance campaigns. Track performance metrics like CTR, CAC, MQLs/SQLs, and continuously optimize digital efforts for improved ROI.
  • Advertising & Creative Leadership: Lead the development of advertising concepts and creatives for various campaigns. Partner with agencies and in-house teams to deliver high-quality ad copy, visuals, and videos aligned with brand voice. Manage advertising spend across digital and traditional platforms to achieve growth targets efficiently.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights: Conduct deep-dive market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and whitespace opportunities. Monitor the competitive landscape and extract actionable insights to refine strategy and positioning.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed revenue targets through high-performing marketing strategies.
  • Customer Acquisition: Increase the number of qualified leads and new customers by set percentage.
  • Brand Awareness: Improve brand recognition, recall, and preference within target segments.
  • Marketing ROI: Deliver measurable ROI across campaigns using clear attribution models.
  • Digital Engagement: Grow web traffic, follower base, conversion rates, and other engagement metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is preferred.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, including 4+ years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in GTM strategy, branding, and digital advertising.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with an analytical mindset.
