Job summary

Salt in Dubai seeks a senior marketing consultant to lead adoption for a new government digital services platform. You will define market view, adoption strategy, messaging framework and rollout plan to drive awareness, activation and sustained usage among end users and government stakeholders.

As the sole marketing adoption resource within a small delivery team, you will coordinate with client and partner to map channels, campaigns and milestones across pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases.

Qualifications

• Arabic speaking is essential.
• Minimum 8 years' marketing experience in the UAE.
• Experience building or launching digital platforms (government/B2B/B2C).
• Government sector experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable as an individual contributor within a small, multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Review current marketing, communications and engagement approaches for the platform.
• Segment audiences and translate into communication-relevant groups.
• Develop multi-phase adoption strategy across awareness, activation and retention.
• Define channel strategy across digital, social, government and ecosystem channels.
• Create messaging framework with value propositions, messages and CTAs.
• Define activation approaches and campaign waves for rollout phases.
• Build an integrated communications roadmap aligned with rollout plan.
• Outline ecosystem communications with participating entities.
• Define adoption KPIs across awareness, reach, engagement, activation, conversion and retention.
• Draft ongoing marketing calendar and templates for 12 months.
• Deliver Market Landscape & User Segmentation Report and Adoption Strategy plan.
