Yubi MENA in Dubai offers an energetic Events & Content Intern for a four-month sprint, focusing on live events, logistics, and hands-on content creation behind the scenes.

You will support end-to-end event planning, equipment setup, vendor sourcing, quotes, and negotiations, and produce written, visual, and video content for PR and social channels, collaborating with the marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 0–6 months of experience in events, marketing, PR, or related field.
• Must currently be on an existing valid visa (e.g., student visa, spouse/family visa, or self-sponsored).
• Strong organisational skills, keen eye for visual content, solid communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to fresh graduates and current students.

You will play a crucial part in executing a high volume of upcoming events, managing logistics, working with vendors, and capturing content that brings our brand to life across PR and social channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Logistics & Execution: Assist with end-to-end planning, setup, and on-site coordination for all upcoming events over the next four months.
• Vendor Management: Help source vendors, gather quotes, and assist in negotiations to ensure smooth event operations.
• Content Creation: Produce engaging written, visual, and video content around our events for PR and social media platforms.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align event goals with broader marketing and PR strategies.

Requirements

• Experience: 0–6 months of experience in events, marketing, PR, or a related field (open to fresh graduates and current students).
