Job summary

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and brand activities across different client projects. The role will provide hands‑on exposure to marketing strategy, market research, content development, campaign coordination, and reporting within a fast‑paced agency environment.

The intern will work closely with the Marketing team and other departments to support day‑to‑day activities, contribute creative ideas, and help ensure projects and campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Campaign Support

• Support the team in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist in developing marketing presentations, proposals, and campaign materials.
• Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to support marketing strategies.
• Assist with brainstorming and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, activations, and brand initiatives.
• Support the adaptation of marketing materials according to client requirements and brand guidelines.

Content & Digital Marketing

• Assist with the development and coordination of content across digital and social media platforms.
• Support the preparation of content calendars, campaign briefs, and marketing materials.
• Research relevant industry trends, cultural moments, and emerging marketing opportunities.
• Assist with reviewing content and ensuring consistency with brand positioning and guidelines.

Project & Campaign Coordination

• Support the team with day‑to‑day coordination of marketing projects and campaigns.
• Assist in tracking timelines, deliverables, approvals, and project updates.
• Support the preparation of client presentations and internal documents.
• Help maintain organized project files, reports, and marketing materials.
• Assist with campaign reporting and gathering performance results where required.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Creative, Events, Digital, Social Media, and other teams as required.
• Participate in internal brainstorming sessions, meetings, and project discussions.
• Support cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns and projects are delivered smoothly.
• Learn and apply Maison Pyramide's standards across all marketing activities.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
• Good understanding of basic marketing and brand‑building principles.
• Strong interest in marketing, communications, digital, social media, and current industry trends.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with marketing and social media tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.
