Job summary

• Develop marketing content including social posts, SMS, WhatsApp, emailers and bilingual English/Arabic communication.

Job Purpose

To plan, execute, and optimise Volkswagen Al Nabooda's marketing campaigns across New Cars, Volkswagen Certified Pre-Owned, and Aftersales. The role will focus on generating qualified leads, managing marketing budgets, coordinating campaign content, and delivering performance reports that support the brand's commercial objectives.

What You Will Do

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid social media, search, display, and other digital channels for New Cars, Certified Pre-Owned, and Aftersales.
• Develop marketing content including social media posts, SMS, WhatsApp campaigns, emailers, landing pages, and bilingual (English/Arabic) communication in line with Volkswagen brand guidelines.
• Monitor campaign performance, track lead generation activities, and ensure timely lead routing and follow-up.
• Manage campaign budgets, prepare monthly reports, analyse campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, showroom teams, agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution and event support.
• Support local marketing initiatives, brand activations, customer engagement activities, and dealership events.

Required Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing, preferably within the automotive, retail, or consumer-focused industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and campaign performance reporting is preferred.
