Job summary

New Perspective Group in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team on-site. You will plan campaigns, execute ideas, create content, and help bring brands to life across digital and offline channels.

You should be creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable appearing on camera for social media content. You’ll work with our in-house designer to produce visuals, assets, and campaign creatives, manage content calendars, and support events, partnerships, and performance

Qualifications

Responsibilities

New Perspective Group is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai.

We're looking for someone who can do more than just coordinate marketing activities—you should be able to plan campaigns, execute ideas, create content, and help bring brands to life across different platforms.

If you're creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable stepping in front of the camera for social media content, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Develop content concepts, campaign ideas, copy, and creative briefs for social media and other marketing channels
• Work closely with our in-house designer to develop and produce visual content, marketing materials, social media assets, and campaign creatives
• Create and coordinate social media content, including appearing on-camera for videos, reels, interviews in Filipino language, and other content when needed
• Manage content calendars and coordinate the timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Support brand-building, communications, and demand-generation initiatives for our clients and the group
• Coordinate with internal teams, sales, account management, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively
• Support events, activations, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports and insights
• Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, content, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in marketing, communications, advertising, media, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
• Ability to plan and execute campaigns from idea to delivery
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging social media content.
• Creative mindset with a good eye for content, trends, and storytelling
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in common marketing and digital tools is an advantage
• Dubai/UAE-based candidates required
