Job summary

New Perspective Group in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team on-site. You will plan campaigns, execute ideas, create content, and help bring brands to life across digital and offline channels.

You should be creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable appearing on camera for social media content. You’ll work with our in-house designer to produce visuals, assets, and campaign creatives, manage content calendars, and support events, partnerships, and performance

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in marketing, advertising or media.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to plan campaigns from idea to delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable on camera for social media content.
• Creative mindset with attention to trends and storytelling.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Develop content concepts, campaign ideas, copy, and briefs for social media and other channels.
• Collaborate with in-house designer to produce visuals, assets, and campaign creatives.
• Create and coordinate social media content, including on-camera appearances when needed.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Support brand-building, communications, and demand-generation initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective campaign delivery.
• Support events, activations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Track campaign performance and prepare insights and reports.
• Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, content, and partnerships.
