You will manage calendars, produce clear progress reports, and leverage AI tools to generate ideas, analyze outcomes, and improve efficiency. Canva familiarity and newsletter experience are advantageous.

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who is hands-on, organized, fast-moving, and confident in coordinating campaigns from brief to execution and reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns based on approved plans and timelines.
• Manage campaigns from the initial brief through execution and post-campaign reporting.
• Maintain the campaign calendar and monitor deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, designers, printers, and suppliers.
• Follow up on the production, approval, delivery, and distribution of marketing materials.
• Coordinate and execute trade marketing activities.
• Identify execution issues and ensure delays are resolved quickly.
• Prepare clear reports on campaign progress and results.
• Support the preparation and distribution of email newsletters.
• Use AI tools for research, campaign ideas, drafting, analysis, and improving work efficiency.
• Provide regular updates to the Marketing Manager on projects and pending actions.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Executive or in a closely comparable campaign-execution role.
• Proven hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, not just supporting social media or content activities.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fast, organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare clear and accurate campaign reports.
• Practical experience using AI tools in marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Canva.
• Basic familiarity with email newsletters.
• Experience coordinating agencies, designers, printers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders is an advantage.
• Exposure to trade marketing is an advantage.
