Job summary

NMC healthcare LLC is seeking a Marketing Executive in Abu Dhabi to design and implement marketing strategies that enhance revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of marketing experience in a hospital setting, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include driving new revenue opportunities, improving customer service, and managing various marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent command of oral and written English; knowledge of Arabic is desirable.

Job description

Reporting to the administrator of the hospital, the Marketing Executive has overall responsibility for the design, implementation, communication, cost efficiency and administration of the corporate marketing philosophy and products in support of NMCRH‑Khalifa City business strategy. This includes expertise in delivery of all product management from development, implementation and life cycle around risk‑appropriate profitability.

Other disciplines within marketing include promotion, advertising and reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Drive risk‑appropriate revenue and profitability objectives through strategic planning, research and the initiation of new revenue opportunities and products in existing markets through innovative approaches, ideas, service segmentation and customer experience.
  • Protect the exclusive value of the current customer experience and create new ways to add value to current customers and attract prospective customers, particularly in scalable ways such as leveraging technology and connection with others in the community.
  • Leverage agency relationships to optimize exposure of the company and products in all media channels through innovative marketing.
  • Act as a credible, articulate company spokesperson and ensure effective multi‑modal communication.
  • Understand the distinct needs of internal stakeholders, including consumer, commercial and wealth management groups.
  • Interface with IT and Operations to ensure execution of ideas.
  • Attend to manage and resolve patient complaints to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
  • Actively participate in JCI accreditation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies.
  • Develop new business strategies to enhance market share and improve overall performance.
  • Work through the management team and medical leadership of the hospital as a resource to help reduce costs, enhance revenues, achieve effective utilization and quality goals and objectives.
  • Analyze and utilize information to develop and support management decisions.
  • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein, as may be assigned or delegated.
  • Cooperate with hospital management to comply with OSH and infection control policies, standards and procedures.
  • Follow documented OSH procedures and instructions, including emergency and evacuation procedures, OSH hazard notification, incident reports, waste management procedures and participation in OSH infection control training programs, mock drills and awareness programs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree. Preferred: Master’s degree.
  • Preferred experience: 3‑5 years marketing experience, preferably in a hospital set‑up.
  • Excellent command of oral and written English; knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Ability to achieve core objectives in line with management and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to work constructively and interact professionally with others.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, adjust to changing priorities and work within deadlines.
  • Ability to attend meetings outside of normal business hours.
