Job summary

Emilion Development LLC is seeking a Marketing Specialist to articulate our vision, build the Emilion brand, and shape marketing for our growing portfolio of real estate developments in the UAE. You will drive campaigns, content production, and lead generation in collaboration with Sales.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of marketing experience, strong copywriting skills, and a commercial mindset. English fluency is required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in UAE real estate, property development, or a marketing agency environment.
• Strong copywriting skills and a creative eye.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of how marketing contributes to sales.
• Comfortable working with data, campaign performance, and KPIs.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and full of ideas.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent and distinctive Emilion brand across all customer touchpoints.
• Research UAE real estate market, competitors, trends, and buyer behavior.
• Contribute to development of new project concepts and market positioning.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
• Develop content and coordinate brochures, presentations, videos, photography, and other assets.
• Collaborate with Sales to generate quality leads and translate market insights into campaigns.
• Support project launches, broker events, exhibitions, open houses, and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion, and ROI; identify improvements.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, influencers, and external partners.
