As Marketing & Communications Specialist (UAE), you will be responsible for deploying SKEMA’s global brand and communication strategy within the UAE and the broader GCC environment.

You will play a key role in strengthening SKEMA’s visibility, attractiveness, and reputation in the region, while ensuring strong alignment with the Global Brand & Communications Department.

You will act as the primary local communication partner for the Dubai campus.

Brand & Corporate Communication

Adapt and implement SKEMA’s global brand strategy in the UAE market. Ensure strict compliance with brand guidelines and institutional positioning. Create and localize high-quality content across channels (website, social media, newsletters, print materials, CRM, video). Support internal communication initiatives at campus level.

Marketing & Student Recruitment Support

Execute local marketing campaigns in coordination with global teams. Adapt messaging to regional audiences (prospective students, families, corporate partners, government stakeholders). Contribute to campaign performance tracking and optimization.

Social Media & Digital Engagement

Manage and grow local social media presence. Develop engaging, culturally relevant content tailored to the UAE/GCC audience. Deploy global campaigns locally and report on engagement and performance.

Media Relations & Ecosystem Visibility

Build and maintain relationships with UAE-based media (education, business, innovation). Draft press releases and coordinate interviews and media opportunities. Promote SKEMA’s academic excellence and expertise within the regional ecosystem.

Events & Community Engagement

Support the organization and promotion of local events (Open Days, recruitment fairs, conferences, corporate events). Ensure strong visibility before, during, and after events. Work closely with Admissions, Academic teams, and corporate stakeholders in Dubai.

Reporting & Coordination

• Provide regular KPI reporting to global teams.
• Share market insights and trends specific to the UAE and GCC region.
• Participate in regular coordination meetings with SKEMA’s Global Brand & Communications Department.
