Job summary

SIRO One Za’abeel is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead daily marketing, craft integrated campaigns and strengthen brand engagement for rooms, memberships and wellbeing experiences in Dubai. You will report to the Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications and work with operations, Commercial teams, Global SIRO, agencies and partners to deliver locally impactful activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in integrated marketing, ideally within luxury or lifestyle hospitality.
• Previous hotel marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai hospitality and lifestyle market.
• Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, content, partnerships and events.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience supporting revenue-generating activity.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets, timelines and campaign reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong copywriting, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in fitness, wellbeing, performance and lifestyle brands.
• Flexibility to support evening and weekend events when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day marketing of SIRO One Za’abeel and develop integrated campaigns to build brand awareness and drive commercial performance.
• Collaborate with hotel operations, Commercial teams, Global SIRO, agencies and strategic partners to translate the SIRO brand into locally relevant, high-impact activity across digital, social, PR, content, partnerships, events and CRM.
• Support the wider One Za’abeel cluster when required.
