Job summary

Dubai Holding Group Services is seeking a Manager - Marketing Category Management to lead strategic sourcing and category management across Marketing spend areas, including media buying, creative agencies, digital marketing, events, production, sponsorships, PR, CRM, and consultancy services. You will align with the Associate Director – Marketing Category to drive value and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or Business Administration.
• 5–10 years of experience in a complex organisation with 2–3 years in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Experience with procurement platforms like SAP Ariba or Coupa.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Marketing category strategies aligned with business objectives and procurement priorities.
• Lead end-to-end RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and other strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Act as a trusted procurement partner to senior Marketing stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Execute procurement activities in line with policies and governance; manage end-to-end sourcing documentation.
• Conduct spend and demand analysis to identify cost optimization and value creation opportunities.
