Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a UAE National Procurement Manager to shape category strategies for Media and Marketing across the group. You will drive high-value spend, manage key supplier relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value while aligning procurement with business objectives.

Responsibilities include end-to-end sourcing, contract lifecycle management, compliance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder advisory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• MBA or procurement/supply chain certification (CIPS, CPSM) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own comprehensive sourcing strategies for media, marketing and related categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects (RFI, RFP, RFQ) for high-value initiatives.
• Lead negotiation, structuring and lifecycle management of supplier contracts.
• Monitor procurement compliance and drive risk mitigation across categories.
• Act as trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and align procurement with business goals.
• Coach and develop Procurement Executives to build team capability and ensure quality execution.
• Apply financial acumen and total-cost-of-ownership considerations in negotiations and business cases.
