Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Procurement Manager - Marketing to lead category strategy for Media and Marketing. You will manage high-value supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost savings across the group.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Corporate Services to ensure compliant, timely procurement and to deliver measurable value aligned with strategic goals. 4-5+ years in procurement required, with a focus on marketing categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; postgraduate qualification adds advantage.
• 4-5+ years in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing.
• Experience in Marketing/Advertising categories.
• Proven project management and contract negotiation experience.
• Experience coaching or managing team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own sourcing strategies for Media and Marketing categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs).
• Apply financial acumen and total-cost-of-ownership considerations.
• Manage high-value supplier relationships and key contracts.
• Monitor procurement compliance and apply risk management methods.
• Drive performance improvements with key suppliers.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Services.
• Lead, coach and develop Procurement Executives.
