Job summary

Maseera in Dubai is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant/Executive to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You will conduct market research, analyze trends, and help create collateral such as brochures and datasheets.

The role involves managing online presence, coordinating events, and liaising with sales, product, and manufacturing teams to feed initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
3–5 years of relevant marketing experience in trading, manufacturing or construction sectors.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM/CMS knowledge is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication in English; Arabic/Hindi is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends.
Create marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, datasheets).
Manage online presence: website updates; social media platforms.
Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, exhibitions across regions.
Collaborate with sales, product, and manufacturing teams to gather information for initiatives.
Track and report campaign performance; prepare updates for senior management.
Maintain the marketing database and materials library.
Handle marketing department administrative tasks as needed.
