Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Global Campaign Lead to own the strategy and execution of global campaigns. The role requires deep crypto market understanding, experience with activation and cross-sell strategies, and bilingual fluency in English and Chinese.

Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate, you will collaborate across Product, Growth, Brand, BD, Data and Regional teams to drive campaign impact. You will lead a team, define priorities, and optimize global initiatives, campaigns, and events to grow

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, campaign ops, user ops, or related roles in crypto/fintech.
• Deep knowledge of crypto, exchange products, trading mechanics, and user behavior.
• Active trading experience with various products and strategies.
• Fluent in English and Chinese as working languages.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Own global campaigns end-to-end from strategy to execution and review.
• Lead platform initiatives including trading competitions and product launches.
• Build lifecycle campaigns covering activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities by aligning needs with products and tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Brand, BD, Data, and Regional teams on complex initiatives.
• Measure impact by active traders, volume, revenue, and ROI.
• Lead the Global Campaign team and improve frameworks and execution efficiency.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Global Campaign Lead to own the strategy and execution of global campaigns across the platform.

This role requires a deep understanding of crypto markets, exchange products, trading users, and user lifecycle, combined with strong market sense across TradFi and global assets. The ideal candidate actively trades, understands how user needs change across market conditions and lifecycle stages, and can turn these insights into campaign and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own global campaigns end-to-end, from strategy, mechanics, and user journey to execution, optimization, and performance review.
• Lead major platform initiatives including trading competitions, product launches, asset campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and flagship global events.
• Build campaign strategies around the user lifecycle, covering activation, trading engagement, multi-product adoption, retention, and reactivation.
• Identify opportunities from market movements, user behavior, product updates, and emerging trends across Crypto and TradFi, and translate them into relevant campaigns.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities by matching user needs with the right products, tools, and trading strategies under different market conditions.
• Work closely with Product, Growth, Brand, BD, Data, and Regional teams to deliver complex global initiatives.
• Measure campaign performance based on business impact, including active traders, trading volume, revenue, product adoption, retention, and ROI.
• Lead the Global Campaign team, set clear priorities, and continuously improve campaign frameworks and execution efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, campaign operations, user operations, or related roles, preferably in crypto exchanges, fintech, brokerage, or trading-related businesses.
• Proven experience in user lifecycle operations, with a strong understanding of activation, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and reactivation.
• Deep understanding of the crypto industry, exchange products, trading mechanics, and user behavior.
• Active trading experience, with a genuine habit of exploring different products, trading tools, and strategies.
• Strong market sense across Crypto and TradFi, with the ability to connect market conditions, user needs, and product opportunities.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to identify opportunities and evaluate incremental business impact.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects in a fast-moving organization.
• Strong ownership, ambition, and resilience, with the ability to perform under pressure and take responsibility for results.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese as working languages.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
