Job summary

IMKAN Properties is seeking a Marketing Executive to support planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across projects and destinations in Abu Dhabi. You will manage day-to-day campaign deliverables, coordinate agencies and internal stakeholders, and ensure brand-consistent activity.

The role requires a 2–4 year track record in marketing coordination, fluency in English (Arabic preferred), strong planning, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with CRM familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or execution.
• Experience coordinating agencies, campaigns, marketing collateral, events and multiple project deadlines.
• Strong planning, stakeholder coordination, attention to detail and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with digital marketing reporting and CRM tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of project and destination marketing plans, launch calendars and campaign schedules.
• Brief and follow up with agencies on creative assets, digital content, media placements, print materials and launch deliverables.
• Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines, product information and approval processes.
• Maintain agency and vendor trackers, timelines, quotations and production schedules.
• Coordinate logistics for project launches, broker briefings, roadshows, site visits and customer activations.
• Prepare marketing expenditure trackers and ensure auditable records in line with policy.
