Job summary

Novartis AG in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Marketing Operations role to support planning and delivery of key marketing initiatives, including congresses, events and customer engagement activities.

You will assist localization of promotional content and disease awareness programs, ensuring materials are relevant to local needs and progress efficiently through internal processes, while promoting compliant practices across functions and agencies.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, communications or related field.
