Horizons & Co Law Firm in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Business Development Executive to support the Head of Marketing & BD and drive growth through campaigns, events, and market insights.

You will design social media content and visuals, conduct market research, monitor trends, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, while maintaining excellent client communications.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years minimum experience in marketing or BD in a professional services firm.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business from a reputed university.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.

Job Title : MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Department : Marketing Department

Reports To : Head of Marketing & Business Development (\"Head of Marketing & BD\")

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and dedicated marketing and business development executive (MBD) to join our well-established law firm. This role is based in Dubai and offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the art of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building effective campaigns to support the Firm's continuous growth.

What you'll do:

As an MBD executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the MBD manager and the Firm. Your responsibilities will range from multiple marketing projects, including organising various internal and external events, conducting market research, analysing market trends, designing social media content, crafting engaging posts, and designing visuals in alignment with the Firm's social media strategy.

To succeed in this role you will require:

• 2-3 years minimum experience in a similar capacity with a reputed law firm, legal department, or other professional services firm with a marketing background.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent ability to manage projects effectively, prioritise tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
• Miraculous attention to detail and organisational skills and being able to manage multiple projects at a time.
• Adaptable and eager to remain current with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
• Understand client service standards and effectively manage client relationships.
• Willingness to adapt work schedules as needed based on workload fluctuations or scheduled events outside regular hours.
• Demonstrate outstanding IT proficiency, including expertise in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva and internet research tools. Familiarity with popular legal CRM and marketing systems for client communications.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business from a reputed University.
