Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Bayut Profile Executive to manage our online real estate presence and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our Bayut and other property portal profiles, posting listings, and handling daily updates. Additionally, the role involves social media management and implementing digital marketing strategies to attract and convert leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, and other portals.
• Ensure listings are accurate, well-written, and visually appealing.
• Monitor and optimize ad performance regularly.
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Run paid and organic campaigns to increase visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals.
• Respond to inquiries from social platforms and property portals in a timely manner.
• Track and report on digital campaign performance, leads, and ROI.
• Stay updated with digital trends and real estate market movements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate portals like Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the UAE real estate market.
