Qualifications

• Minimum of six months to one year of direct work experience.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage presentation.
• Experience in high-volume operations, opening and closing duties, guest relations, and sanitation and safety.
• Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and specialty beverages according to quality standards.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organised and sanitary work area at all times.
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards, including HACCP procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
