Hitachi Energy is seeking a Market Analyst in the UAE to identify market opportunities, analyze trends, and drive strategic growth across the region. You'll transform data into actionable insights, shaping product strategies, customer engagement, and business performance.

You'll collaborate with sales, marketing, strategy, and business development teams, attend industry events, and contribute to projects supporting energy transition.

Formación

• UAE National (Emirati) with a Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in market research, business intelligence, analytics, strategy, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Curious, self-motivated, and willing to learn, travel, and collaborate in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging customer needs.
• Analyze market, customer, and business data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, forecasts, and presentations that support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor industry developments, technological innovation, and regulatory changes affecting the energy sector.
• Partner with sales, marketing, strategy, and business teams to integrate market insights into business plans.
• Support the evaluation of new market segments, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Utilize tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, and Microsoft Copilot to enhance reporting and analysis.
• Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements when required.
