You will drive improvements, manage costs in real time, and work across commercial, technical, and crewing teams to keep operations running smoothly.

• Experience delivering maritime or offshore project operations.
• Strong stakeholder-facing communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day operations for vessels.
• Ensure activities align with client contracts, timelines and specs.
• Manage project costs in real time with the commercial team.
• Serve as the first contact for clients and maintain relationships.
• Support crew with needs to ensure project success.
• Oversee reporting, maintenance and onboard housekeeping.
• Keep project data updated in ERP systems.
• Monitor overdue payments diplomatically.
• Collaborate across departments daily (commercial, technical, crewing, QHSSE).
