EMA Ship Management in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our finance and maritime operations team. You will manage budgets, cost centers, and vessel-level P&L, review Disbursement Accounts from port agents, and ensure compliance with tariffs and agreements.

Formación

• 3–5 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in ship management or maritime logistics.
• Solid understanding of vessel accounting, port agency billing, and maritime operating expense structures.
• Proficiency in financial ERP systems and advanced Excel; experience with international multi-currency transactions.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and monitor operational budgets, cost centers, and vessel-by-vessel P&L statements.
• Review, audit, and approve Disbursement Accounts from global port agents for tariff and agency compliance.
• Manage multi-currency bank transactions, track vessel advances, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Collaborate with technical and purchasing departments to process, verify, and account for spares, provisions, lubricants, and bunker invoices.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, periodic financial statements, and standard management reports.
