Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Tendering and Estimation Director to direct and oversee the financial and operational performance of the Dredging & Marine Business Unit in Abu Dhabi, ensuring early identification of issues, maximizing sustainable profitability, and leading cross‑departmental coordination for timely, cost‑effective delivery.

You will liaise with project managers and cost controllers on cost‑to‑go analyses, present monthly BCR reports to top management, and safeguard the quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering in a related discipline, or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in engineering is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of related work experience in similar industries, with at least 9 years in managerial roles.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the financial and operational performance of the Dredging & Marine Business Unit.
• Identify issues early and maximise sustainable profitability; drive cross‑departmental coordination.
• Lead project execution to achieve timely, cost-efficient, technically accurate delivery.
