Job summary

Atlantis Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the Lost Chambers Aquarium Marine Educator team, delivering conservation education to guests with engaging, accurate information. You will coach staff, develop programming, and ensure AZA standards are met while maintaining a vibrant guest experience.

You will collaborate with Admissions, Dive, and other departments to coordinate bookings and trainings, fostering growth and excellent guest education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Biology, Zoology, Marine Science, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in education or guest experience.
• Experience developing and evaluating educational programmes and materials.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Marine Educator team to maintain high education standards.
• Engage guests with marine education programs, ensuring accurate information delivery.
• Lead development and evaluation of educational activities aligned with AZA standards.
• Coordinate scheduling, bookings, supplies, and reporting for the team.
• Coach and assess staff, providing constructive feedback and training.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Dive, Sales, and Marketing on group programs.
