Job summary

Dutco Group seeks a Construction Manager with marine project experience to oversee construction of ports, wharves, and offshore structures in the UAE. You will lead all phases from planning to completion, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

You will enforce safety protocols, review designs, and report progress to stakeholders. A Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree is required, with PMP a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in marine construction projects (ports, wharves, offshore structures).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and best practices in the marine industry.
• Certification in project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all phases of marine construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure deadlines and financial targets are met.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
• Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications.
