Job summary

DBB is seeking a Construction Manager with marine project experience to oversee construction of ports, wharves, and offshore structures. You will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while complying with regulatory requirements in the UAE.

You will lead teams, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, review designs, enforce safety, and communicate with stakeholders. This role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and proven leadership in marine

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marine construction projects, including ports, wharves, and offshore structures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and best practices in the marine industry.
• Certification in project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all phases of marine construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure deadlines and financial targets are met.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
