Job summary

Waagner Biro Bridge Services in the UAE seeks an experienced EPC Marine Construction Manager to lead marine projects, including piling, quay walls, slipways and coastal works, coordinating crews and subcontractors to deliver safely and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of project management, strong leadership, planning, stakeholder management, and a UAE driving license; proven ability to ensure quality and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in managing construction projects
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations, resources, and subcontractors
• Plan, schedule, and drive productivity improvements to meet objectives
