Job summary

Egis Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an Experienced EPC Marine Construction Manager to lead complex marine projects, manage on-site operations, coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities, and drive safety, quality and productivity.

You will oversee piling quay wall construction, slipway development, pontoon installation, coastal protection works, and dredging, delivering on time within budget while maintaining high HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction projects.
• Strong planning, coordination and supervision of activities.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Valid UAE driving license.

• Experienced EPC Marine Construction Manager with a proven track record in delivering marine construction projects.
• Extensive experience in piling quay wall construction slipway development pontoon installation coastal protection works (rock works) and small-scale dredging.
• Strong ability to lead and manage day-to-day site operations resources and subcontractors.
• Skilled in planning scheduling and driving productivity improvements to achieve project objectives.
• Experienced in coordinating with clients consultants authorities and other project stakeholders.
• Proven capability to deliver projects safely efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Strong focus on ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Thorough understanding of HSE requirements and quality compliance within marine construction environments.
