Energy Jobline SS seeks a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturingclient in Sharjah, UAE. You will own the full order lifecycle from inquiry and quotation through to processing, delivery coordination, and follow‑up.

Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Logistics to ensure accurate customer requirements and timely delivery in a fast‑paced, high‑mix engineered environment. Fluency in English and ERP experience are essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years’ experience in customer service within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience working with ERP systems and order processing tools.
• Understanding of order lifecycle in high‑mix engineered environments.
• Ability to interpret basic technical drawings/specifications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, order status, and shipments.
• Process and manage customer orders with accurate specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements.
• Enter and maintain orders, quotations, and documentation in ERP systems.
• Monitor order progress and communicate delays or changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and executed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and shipping information.
• Support contract reviews to align with product specifications and capabilities.
• Interpret basic technical documentation to validate order accuracy.
• Assist with resolving customer issues including returns, exchanges, and warranty queries.
• Support investigation of product or delivery issues with Quality and Operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across CS and order management processes.
