Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to oversee direct production, drive throughput, and maintain quality across a multi-shift operation. You will coordinate supervisors, optimize processes, and manage expenses to meet budgets.

The role requires 8-10 years in modern manufacturing, with CNC machining experience and strong technical flair in electromechanical systems. Excellent organization and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred.
8-10 years of experience in a contemporary manufacturing environment, including planning and quality.
CNC Machining experience.
Technical skills involving design and assembly of electromechanical equipment, fabrication, and industrial processes.
Outstanding organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Word.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to supervisors in direct manufacturing of products.
Coordinate and evaluate units to maximize throughput and control operating expenses.
Develop and monitor KPIs and management reporting for the area.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and corrective actions as needed.
Manage expenditures to meet budgeted targets and drive cost improvements.
