Job summary

TOP ROCK INTERIORS LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Manufacturing Leader to oversee daily factory operations, drive production targets, and uphold high quality and safety standards.

You will implement lean manufacturing, lead workforce training, and develop continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and downtime. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering or Manufacturing, 3+ years in a leadership role, and Lean Six Sigma certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing (MBA a plus).
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
• Experience in Automotive, Electronics, or Consumer Goods industries.
