Job summary

EthosEnergy Group is seeking an experienced machinist to operate a variety of machine tools including lathes, borers, and mills. You will follow Work Orders, read blueprints, and ensure quality and safety on every piece produced.

Ideal candidates have ITI NCVT certification and at least 3 years in an oil and gas workshop, with API connections experience considered an advantage. Some travel within the Middle East may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced machining skills on lathes, horizontal/vertical borers and milling.
• Good English communication, verbal and written.
• Experience with dimensional inspection and quality checks.
• Experience with API connections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate machines per Work Orders and instructions.
• Visually inspect tools, replace as needed and report defects.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping per QHSE policies.
• Read blueprints, sketches and drawings to determine tolerances and sequences.
• Coordinate with QC inspector after completion of works.
• Ensure proper handover at shift start/end and communicate safety info.
